"I’m super disappointed with this agency. They just send me a text message today stating that my insurance was not paid and discontinued. I called the office and I spoke to Malik who informs me the that the acc Has been deactivated since 6/17!! There is a gap in my insurance! that will cost me at the time to register my car again and because I did not receive any notification. The agent passes me with Melanie Jimenez the office manager and she explained me that notifications were sent, so I review my email and messages and nothing!! since 5/20. !! And this is not the first time this happens. Last year I paid 500 for my registration due issues like this. You either have to keep an eye on this team or they will treat me like Melanie just did being sarcastic saying if you don’t pay your bill this is what happens. Uugghhh so rude. From now I’ll just set up auto payments and disconnect from the office."
